Boracay is still a top contender and a favorite choice even for those who have already visited the place. Although it isn't summer time, expect a lot of people flocking this place. It's still a nice place to visit with parties every night, great food and beaches. If you are looking for a more serene place. Try bohol (panglao island). The water is crystal clear. Then make a quick stop at Cebu to enjoy the nightlife at Banilad or other places where there are parties. Even if there's less sunshine, I'm sure it won't spoil your trip like me.
