Where Should The Ladies Go For An All Inclusive, Relaxing, Cheap, Beach Vacation?

We are turning 30 and we need a luxury resort that you can leave to explore and still be safe. We’re on a budget of about $1000 each and we’re looking for 5-8 day trip. What we’re avoiding…… anything like a cruise ships on land and anything like a spring break cancun. Options we are considering…jamaica and cabo.
