omg i have the same problem! wat i recommend is using a liquid concealer(i really like the ELF studio concealer, but if you don't have access to ELF products, then u can try the maybelline mineral power or the covergirl smooth complexion i think it's called). dot the concealer onto the problem areas and then use ur ring finger to pat it in, don't rub it in. then after that's dried a little, use a mineral foundation and just swirl some on. for a cheap but good one, get the N.Y.C. Pressed Foundation Powder. it's like 5 bucks and also has SPF 12 which isn't much but better than nothing!=]

you should get mineral powder, (you can buy it a walgreens and most makeup stores) and put enough to cover them up. but dont over do it, trust me. because if you put too much foundation or concealer, then your pimples wont go away and will just get worse.
Good luck!

Look for a water proof concealer.
You should treat you zits instead of covering it.
You're makeup is going to wash off and it will look like a hot mess.
If I were you, I wouldn't wear anything at all because I wouldn't want to check up my face every second an see if it smears or not.
