I think mexico is good , if you are worried about money. Just don’t drink the water, and eat only fully cooked meals, and try to avoid sea food if you can.
Hawaii is beautiful, but expensive. If you want to come here, may I suggest Kauai. Kauai has just as beautiful beaches than any of the other islands, except that it is less crowded. They called Kauai, the “garden island”, because of it’s lush vegetation and warm tropical weather. It’s not too humid here, and not too cold nor hot, it’s just right. The calm peaceful lull of the pacific ocean will whisk you away to a dream world paradise and you bask under the warm sun
