It is good to stay on an outer island, and then a few days on Denerau island, we are staying at the soffitel, or 2 goods resorts on the mainland (family friendly) The outrigger resort ot shangri la fijian resort, are great. There are heaps of island resorts, have a look at fiji websites and check out the resorts. Only make sure you get an airconditioned room, a necessity with a baby. I book online and are taking my family this December for the 4th time. Can not wait. Fiji is awesome for a family holiday.
