Because you are going in the spring, a Florida beach will probably be your best bet as far as weather goes. I would recommend the Florida Keys and Key West. You will be close to other Florida cities like Miami, and there are lots of great beaches, with plenty of options for snorkeling, sailing, fishing, and other water activities. Try Delray Beach in South Florida.
It’s just south of Palm Beach about 20 minutes. Easy to fly in and out of and a lot to do for singles as well as a family.
Rated #2 beach in South Florida!
Some hotels in Delray Beach are offering specials through the end of 2009. I think the special is for $19.09 on your third night stay or something like that.

Avoid Mexico. trouble. Sorry, it’s true.
If you DO NOT HAVE PASSPORTS for ALL in your family, consider:
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and a bit cheaper, any coastal islands on western Florida coast—I LOVE CEDAR KEY!
Also, a little known place that has some nice beaches, and is fairly laid-back, relaxed—the DELMARVA
Peninsula—-but only in summer when the waters are warm—this is where Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia converge on the Eastern Shore.

Depends on how much money you’re looking to spend!! Just north of you, Michigan offers lots of beaches and inland lakes. You could considering something like Mackinaw Island and then travelling down Michigan’s west coast. Lots of incredible lighthouses, hiking trails, antique stores and so much more!

If yu want to go out of the states try to visit rio in brazil , trust me it’s worth it , the beach , the life there ,so different ..
but if Your looking for inside the states try South Beach florida , it’s a heaven..
