		<description>A water fast and not eating will result in all of the things you don&#039;t want on vacation: bloating, irritability, fatigue, and the likelihood that you will put on more weight. 
You most likely won&#039;t see much change within one week as toning the body takes time. Consult a dietitian and find the right calories for your body and keep a food diary and consume your calories from mainly fruits and vegis but make sure to get your protein and carbs from healthy selections. Get your daily intake of water in as well, 8 glasses is often suggested but it varies per person. Pilates was a good suggestion and also laying down on your back and lifting your legs to a 40 degree angle and slowly lowering them then lifting them back to the 40 degree angle can help (grab a dvd for workouts on the abs to learn new moves). You&#039;ll feel better for the beach and gain some confidence I&#039;m sure... above all don&#039;t try anything drastic and consult your doctor.</description>

SWIM. it burns soo much.
in a week..with my experience...it&#039;s possible to lose like 10 pounds. but that&#039;s with really healthy food...but not much of it...barely and calories..and a ton of exercising. 
swimming.running.wii.walking.crunches.… all that.hahahahah</description>

		<description>you can&#039;t lose fat from one area. if you lose 1% of fat, its 1% of fat from your ENTIRE body...not 0.5% stomach, 0.25% left arm, 0.25% neck.....so there is no way to lose ONLY belly fat. and there is no way to tone up that fast. sorry...just adopt healthier habits and make better choices when it comes to eating!</description>
