I am going on a family vacation to the Caribbean this Friday 15thb(I am so excited!), but I am scheduled for my period the 16th (ugghh). In January, i was supposed to get it on the 7th but it came on the 16th so it would come while I was at the beach! So annoying. Anyway, I have a pretty heavy period. Well at least days 2 and 3 are (I need to change a super tampon every 2 1/2-3 hours.. gross!). And every time on the night of day 2 going into day 3 Ieak when I am sleeping. It’s so gross. I have done the whole put a pad on with pantiliners but it doesnt work. It like drips to my butt so I am sleeping on my blood. My mom and sister were also scheduled to have their periods while on vacation but they both got theirs today, so now I am the only one.
How can I make it discreet? (I am sharing a bathroom with my older brother!)
and How can I ensure I won’t leak?
also, what do I do on the airplane if I need to change? Can you put a pad in the “toilet” on the plane?
is there a chance it ..
