no homeowner is going to rent their home for two days. Many will rent on a weekly basis.
They are NOT going to rent to you knowing you have the intent to have a party.
The neighbors are going to be likely to call the cops, ESPECIALLY if they know that the homeowner rents on a daily/weekly basis.
You are going to need to sign for the rental and are legally responsible for damages, clean up, and to any accident that any person has who atteneded the party. For instance, if you had a beer party at YOUR home and a partygoer got into an accident, you are held in parallel liability. The same with a rented hose, except now there is a written contract with your name, that the plaintiff could use as evidence against you.
It is obvious this is not the type of party that could be held at a hotel. Have you investigated a warehouse?
