Venice has too many drug dealers, and Santa Monica has a huge shore... it takes me 30 minutes to walk up to the water from the parking lot. lol but as for vacationing, i would definitely say Hawaii. it's cliche, but i would agree that it's the best. anywhere in hawaii, i would say. their water is so clear and clean. but i live in california, and my favorite beach in Manhatten.
