Hawaii, of course. I was at the Radisson in Lihue on Kauai several years ago and saw a wedding being performed at the beach. There was a grassy area near the beach, and they had set up an arbor facing out to the ocean. There were about 20 chairs and a couple large vases full of flowers. About a half hour later, they started the ceremony. It was nice.
I also was invited to a friend's wedding in Maui about 20 years ago, which happened to be the first time I ever went to Hawaii. They got married at a resort in Wailea (south west side) under a gazebo on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It was also very nice.
