Beach Vacation For Younger Couple?

I am looking for a vacation spot for this summer for myself and my fiance. Our ages are 20 & 21…we’re not big party people. im looking for something, if possible, all inclusive. we do like to shop and eat :D love the beach. right now we are thinking about the caribbean…but where? help us decide…personal experiences would be great.thanks
