Can't say that it's cheap, but why go to gorgeous PCB and not be able to wake up in the morning and run to the balcony and see the ocean!! Oh my gosh it's heaven! Yeah it will definitely be more expensive during the summer, we went in October and the prices were so good that we could have stayed for an entire month for the price of one week during the summer! The weather and water are both great then, and you'll still get cheaper rates on a condo/hotel. Try looking into a condo instead, you might find more options.
